Binding Contract
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding contract between You and Coolboots Media Private Limited (referred to as "Company, Coolboots website", "we", QuizzApp, "website", "our" and "us").
1. Usage Restrictions
When you open QuizzApp and start using the website, these terms automatically apply. You should read them carefully. You are not allowed to:
- Copy or modify the website, any part of it, or our trademarks.
- Attempt to extract the source code of the website.
- Translate the website into other languages or make derivative versions.
All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and intellectual property rights related to it solely and exclusively belong to Coolboots Media Private Limited.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Only persons competent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are eligible to register. Minors (under 18 years old) are not eligible.
3. Charges & Active Connection
The website is currently free to use. However, we reserve the right to make changes or charge for services in the future. We will never charge you without making it very clear.
Certain functions require an active internet connection. QuizzApp cannot take responsibility if the website does not work at full functionality due to a lack of Wi-Fi or expired mobile data.
🔌 Ensure your device stays charged. QuizzApp cannot accept responsibility if your battery runs out.
🌍 You are responsible for mobile network charges, including roaming fees if playing outside your home territory.
No VPN / Geo-concealment
Do not access or use our Services by any means or technology which conceals your actual geo-location (e.g. Virtual Private Network (VPN)).
4. Quiz Contest Rules
Below are the rules pertaining to active Quiz Contests on QuizzApp:
- Each Quiz Contest has a specific Start Time and End Time.
- Contest Name, Start-time, End-time and Rank metrics are clearly mentioned.
- "NO Quiz Contests active on QuizzApp have Prize money as reward. All Contests only have Coins.",
- "Coins are absolutely free. If you run out, we QuizzApp may give you free coins to participate.",
- "Winners get Coins ONLY if they win the contest.",
- "Rankings depend on the scores based on subject knowledge (thousands of participants).",
- "NO QUIZ CONTEST REQUIRES A USER TO DEPOSIT ANY MONEY. Participation is 100% free with no in-product purchases.",
5. Coins Prize Distribution
At the end of every game, QuizzApp will announce winners. Prizes are distributed in the form of virtual QuizzApp Coins maintained in your Coins wallet, which cannot be converted into cash.
⚠️ Fraud & Abuse Policy
If the company suspects any abusive activity (around Daily contests, participation, or winning), we hold the sole discretion to block the user. Any fraudulent activities to manipulate QuizzApp will result in immediate termination of access without notice.
6. Indemnification & Liability
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from: (i) Your use/access of services, (ii) violation of Terms, or (iii) violation of third-party rights.
In no event shall the Company, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable for anything connected with your use of this website, whether under contract, tort or otherwise.
